How to request a review
File review
WithSecure's current sample review workflow is available in the signed-in Elements portal.
- Sign in to Elements, open Requests and choose Create Request.
- Select Submit sample for validation, then File and the appropriate false-positive or PUA category.
- Upload the file, choose the request reason and affected product, and provide a title and description.
- Create the request and track the review in the portal.
- The former public Submit a Sample link now redirects to instructions for the Elements workflow.
- F-Secure consumer products have a separate public form. Do not assume that older combined F-Secure/WithSecure contacts represent both current workflows.
Scope & contact notes
- F-Secure consumer products and WithSecure business products have separate review channels.
