Spamhaus domain removals start with its IP and Domain Reputation Checker and the instructions for the specific listing.
- Look up the exact domain or hostname in the Spamhaus checker.
- Read the listing and address the reported abuse or compromise.
- As the registered owner, follow the returned removal process and supply the requested remediation information.
- Spamhaus does not process removal requests through arbitrary email channels. The lookup result determines the applicable procedure.
- Removal is free and is not guaranteed merely by submitting a request.
- This domain-blocklist route differs from the process for an ISP-managed SBL IP listing.
