How to request a review

Quttera Labs publishes both a helpdesk and an email channel for incorrect detections and false positives.

  1. Open a helpdesk request or email [email protected] to report the incorrect detection.
  2. Identify the affected domain or URL and describe the result you dispute.
  3. For a VirusTotal detection, include its report link so the vendor can identify the relevant result.
  • Quttera's Report Phishing page is a route for reporting malicious websites; use the false-positive support channel for a correction.
