How to request a review
These are general preparation steps. The listed contact’s own instructions take priority.
- Identify the exact matching rule, rule version and repository from the VirusTotal report.
- Read the linked repository README and contribution or support instructions.
- Use the maintainer’s published reporting method; include the rule identifier and a reproducible explanation, and avoid posting private samples publicly.
