Juniper Networks false positive?
Here’s where to start.
Find Juniper Networks false-positive contact details and a practical checklist for requesting a review of a VirusTotal detection.
Appeal contacts
Choose a channel for the type of detection you want reviewed. Contact availability and acceptance are controlled by the vendor.
How to request a review
These are general preparation steps. The listed contact’s own instructions take priority.
- In Juniper ATP, open the relevant threat source details.
- Use Select Option → Report as False Positive, and describe the suspected error with the indicator and VirusTotal report.
- Juniper investigates the report; submitting it does not immediately change the verdict.
Scope & contact notes
- The documented workflow is inside the Juniper ATP product and requires access. It permits reporting DNS and C&C indicators. A separate public VirusTotal appeal form was not verified.
Names you may see in a report
