  1. In IKARUS anti.virus, open Quarantine, right-click the affected file and choose Send to IKARUS.
  2. For a VirusTotal-only detection, contact the listed false-positive email with the report URL, exact detection and file hash.
  3. Describe the file's intended behavior and provide a sample if requested by the analysts.
  • The quarantine workflow is confirmed by IKARUS; [email protected] is listed by VirusTotal and was not tested by email.
