How to request a review
Website / URL review
Google provides a public incorrect-warning report and a Search Console security-review process for website owners.
- If a page is incorrectly identified as phishing or deceptive, submit it through Google's incorrect-warning form.
- For a site you own, verify it in Search Console and inspect the Security Issues report.
- Resolve the listed issues, select Request a review, and explain the fixes for each issue type.
- Google Safe Browsing is the URL/domain protection service. A Google file-scanner verdict in VirusTotal is a separate indicator type.
- Search Console Manual Actions and Security Issues use different review processes.
Names you may see in a report
