How to request a review
File review
F-Secure provides its own public sample-submission form for incorrectly detected files.
- Open Submit a sample and choose File sample.
- Select the affected file; the form recommends a ZIP archive protected with the password infected.
- Choose Yes to provide more details, then select the product and problem and supply a subject, description and contact information.
- Continue through the form to submit the sample.
- F-Secure and WithSecure now publish different submission workflows. Use the vendor and product that actually produced the detection.
- Submit only samples you are authorized to share.
