How to request a review

File review

Doctor Web's laboratory submission form has a False positive category for files.

  1. Use the file section of the laboratory submission form.
  2. Attach the sample and select False positive as the request category.
  3. Enter your email, describe the mistaken detection, complete the displayed verification and send.
  4. Keep the request ID from the confirmation email; replies to that email can continue the same request.
  • The web form accepts attachments up to 50 MB and offers a download-link option for larger files.
  • Doctor Web asks for one file per request unless the files are related, and does not promise a regulated response time.
