How to request a review

- Use the official general contact below and ask for the team responsible for Docguard's VirusTotal result.
- Include the VirusTotal report URL, file SHA-256, analysis or task ID, and the disputed behavior or verdict. Explain why the finding appears incorrect.
- Ask for a review and follow the support team's instructions for any additional evidence or samples.
- This is a general contact or support route; a dedicated public false-positive process was not confirmed.
- Choose Other in the interest selector and describe the disputed result in the message.
- The public analysis upload is separate from a support request; confirm sample handling before sending confidential material.
