AVG provides a false-positive form with separate file and URL options.

  1. Open the form and select File.
  2. Supply your email and attach the file. Add the AVG detection name, Alert ID and a description of the suspected mistake.
  3. Complete the verification question and submit.
  • Choose the File option for a file detection; a website URL is a separate submission type.
